BROKERAGE TERMS – SERVICE FEE
I. Brokerage Fee: As the interested party defined above, I declare that if I proceed with the purchase of the described property, I undertake the obligation to pay in full to SARANTOPOULOS IKE - INREALESTATE a brokerage fee equal to two percent (2%) of the total sale price, or €1,000 for transactions equal to or less than €50,000. The fee shall be paid upon issuance of an invoice or service receipt, and the applicable VAT shall be added as determined by the laws currently in force in Greece (currently 24%). I also declare that I became aware of this property through your website or through platforms where your listings are published.
II. Information and Consent Declaration for Personal Data Processing (GDPR)
