    I. Agency Fee: I, the interested party, as defined above, hereby declare that if I proceed with the rental of the property described under the code indicated on your website, I undertake to pay the company SARANTOPOULOS IKE - INREALESTATE in full the agency fee, which amounts to one month's rent. The fee shall be paid against an invoice or receipt for the provision of services, plus the applicable VAT as determined by the laws currently in force in Greece (currently 24%). I also declare that I was informed about this particular property through your website or the platforms where you have published your listings.

    II. Information and Consent Statement for the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)

    Please be advised that, in order to arrange a viewing of the property, you will be required to present your Identity Card or Passport at our meeting, so that the legally required Property Viewing Authorization Form, pursuant to Law 4072/2012, can be completed and signed.

    In the event that you decline to present the required identification documents, the viewing of the property will not be possible, for security reasons and in order to protect the property owner.
